Q: What is your raw material for furniture?

A: We use selected wood materials and kiln-dry from Mahogany wood and teak woods.

Q: What warranty can i get from the Mahogany Indoor Furniture and teak garden furniture  manufacturer company?

A: Complaints due to the factory technical mistakes, can only accepted 3 weeks after the ETA (Expected Time Arrival ) by providing photographic evidence or detail of the problems. In the event of a claim, you shall first contact our customer service department.  We will replace items on subsequent orders.

Q: How is the payment term?

A: You could pay via T/T or L/C information can be found in the term of payment.

Q: What is your minimum order?

A:  A full container load 20 feet and 10 pcs for minimum pieces for each item.

A:  Simply mention the code and the number of items you need, you can send us an email. Or call our telephone number. We will respond in full immediately. You will know how much total money you should pay. All will be answered as soon as possible in an e-mail.

Q: What is your packing system?

A: Our FOB price has included packing materials. We use a single corrugated carton or A carton box and foam sheet wrap the furniture. Stickers or labels indicating country of origin and product specifications ( code, description, material, color, etc. ) are sealed on the packaging.

Q: How long is the production time?

A: The production time will be 35 until 60 days after the down payment to be down in our bank account.
